How to Complete the Assessment

Choose One Value Stream

Select the major value stream first. Then use one assessment for one business unit or team, work class, risk tier and evidence window.

Use Work the Team Can Show

Base each answer on ordinary work and records from the selected window. A pilot is only one sample.

Let the App Set the Order

The app rotates the questions when a new assessment starts and keeps that order when you return. Response choices stay in place within each question.

Read the Result at the End

The results page separates observed behavior, capability, control validation and target authorization, then lists the next actions.

Keep the Evidence Sources Separate

Each assessment item identifies who or what must demonstrate the behavior. When an item names more than one evidence source, check every named source and the handoff between them.

Value-Stream Team Practice: A recurring human decision, review, approval, meeting, collaboration practice or accountability. Look for observed behavior and records of that behavior.
Practitioner Skill: An ability a person in a named role demonstrates on realistic work. A course-completion record or job title is not a work sample.
AI Workflow and Technology: Behavior enforced or recorded by an AI agent, orchestration workflow, system of record, identity service, evaluation service or monitoring service. Look for configuration, run records and automated outcomes.

For Consequential Decisions: Ask at least two knowledgeable assessors to rate the same scope independently. Keep the eligibility rules and evidence window the same, then reconcile differences against the evidence. Use the assessment for team operating-model planning. Do not use it for individual employment decisions.
